Tampa River District Stay
The house is okay, and we did like the proximity to everything. However, we wouldn’t stay in this rental again. The AC and heat work very well, And we did think the beds were comfortable. The property manager is great and highly responsive. However, the house needs some work. You can tell that they don’t want to put any money into upgrading or outdoor maintenance. The dishwasher didn’t work while we there. Which was somewhat annoying. The outdoor rug and couch badly need replacing (we didn’t even feel comfortable sitting on them). The yard is not even somewhat maintained, which is frustrating as we had dogs with us. A big reason we chose this house actually. There is one VERY SMALL TV in the entire place and the water pressure is pretty dismal. Basically, a good spot to sleep but I wouldn’t recommend, if you are planning to spend any length of time at the rental house.
